4" small cheesecake perfect for 2-3 people
6" medium cheesecake perfect for 5-7 people
8" large cheesecake perfect for 8 people or more
*Please note that cheesecakes need to be cooled overnight as part of the process thus it is natural for the cake to shrink slightly after.
Serving and Shelf Life
Rest in room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving, but no more than 30 minutes for the best taste.
All cheesecakes need to be refrigerated if not being consumed immediately - do not leave out for more than 2 hours.
Consume within 4 days upon receiving
If you are unable to finish your cheesecake within 4 days, you may freeze then dethaw in the fridge when ready to consume.

4" Small Cheesecake: Serves 2 to 3
6" Medium Cheesecake: Serves 6 to 8 people
8" Large Cheesecake: Serves 10
