How do I order?

Just click the “Order now” button and select your desired cake size and any add-ons (if applicable). Orders will only be confirmed upon payment & and a confirmation email will be sent to your email. 

*Please note whole cakes will no longer be available for ordering & pick ups on Monday

 

Past the 48 hour mark, how can I order?

On weekends we have limited cake stock at our branches so if you swing by earlier you can purchase a cake. If you need a rush order or a last minute cake for the next day we will try our best to make your cake however a premium charge will apply (Updated: July 2022). Do you only do baked New York cheesecake?

Currently, we only do baked New York cheesecake. However, we will have seasonal and monthly specials!

 

Is the cake dairy-free/vegan?

We use 100% cheese and eggs, so it is not dairy-free or vegan.

 

Can pregnant women have the cheesecake?

We are unable to advise on the dietary requirements of a pregnant woman as we are not medically qualified. However, our cakes are baked and the cheese is pasteurised.

 

Where is your pick up address?

    Do you do delivery?

    Yes. Please see details below:

    Hong Kong Island: $120

    Kowloon: $180

    New Territories: $300

    We currently do not deliver to outlying islands. You may fill in delivery address when checking out.

     

    Can I write messages on the cake?

    We do not write messages directly on our cakes. However, we have personalised custom toppers which you can select as an add on. We will contact you to confirm the font, material and message.

     

    Do you have other accessories such as candles or ice packs?

    Yes we do. It’s under the “add-ons” list when you order our cake. However, if you do have a cooler bag we also encourage this to reduce plastic waste. As of this moment we do not have ice packs. 

     

    Can I change the date of pick up/delivery after the order has been confirmed?

    Please provide us with at least 72 hours notice for any changes to your order.

     

    How should the cake be stored and how long can it last?

    Please keep the cake stored in an airtight container in the fridge. As our cakes are made fresh to order, please try to consume within 3 days. If unable to do so, you may freeze the cake and dethaw in the refrigerator when ready to consume.

     

    What is your refund policy?

    Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

    Problems relating to product which has been arranged for delivery/ pick up:

    Please click on the Whatsapp button via our website or send us a message on our IG within 2 hours (for delivery issues) of receipt if there are any problems with the order. Any time after that, it will be non-refundable.


    To process a refund, you must notify us of any issues with the product, within 24 hours after the cake has been collected or received.

    In the request for refund, please provide:

    1. Order number/name
    2. Product
    3. Time of collection/delivery
    4. Photo evidence

    Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
