Cancellation policy

We make our products from scratch and will need at least 72 hours advance notice for any cancellations or amendments. You may email us at sbakeryhk@gmail.com or whatsapp us by clicking on the whatsapp button on our homepage. If we cannot work out any alternative pick-up date or time, we will offer you a refund.

No refund or credit will be given if no one picks up your order on the day.

The customer is fully responsible for remembering to pick up within the specified timeframe as indicated on our website.

In the event of T8, we will open our Tai Ping Shan shop for pickups. In the event that you are unable to pickup, your order will be pushed to the following day. All orders are non-refundable unless you have notified us 2 days prior to your order. There will be no cake deliveries during T8 and above or during red/ black.
