S bakery by Mama Soo brings to you the quintessential no-frills classic baked New York cheesecake.

It was discovered by Mama Soo in her humble kitchen, where she found the perfect way to combine the creaminess of the cheese, the crunchiness of the fragrant crust and the tanginess of sour cream to deliver the perfect balance in every bite.

We aim to bring you back in time - when cakes were simple, delicious and made without any other unnecessary ingredients. We wish to provide you with an authentic, rich and decadent New York cheesecake in Hong Kong which we hope you can enjoy and share with your loved ones.
