Sizing and details 

6" medium cheesecake (1.7 lbs) perfect for 5-7 people

8" Large cheesecake perfect for 8-16 people 

 

*Please note that cheesecakes need to be cooled overnight as part of the process thus it is natural for the cake to shrink slightly after.

 

 

Serving and Shelf Life

  • Rest in room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving, but no more than 30 minutes for the best taste.
  • All cheesecakes need to be refrigerated if not being consumed immediately - do not leave out for more than 2 hours.
  • Consume within 4 days upon receiving
  • If you are unable to finish your cheesecake within 4 days, you may freeze then dethaw in the fridge when ready to consume.

What is the Best Size?

  • 4" Small Cheesecake: Serves 2 to 3
  • 6" Medium Cheesecake: Serves 6 to 8 people
  • 8" Large Cheesecake: Serves 10
