Serving & Shelf Life

  • Rest in room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving, but no more than 30 minutes for the best taste.
  • All cheesecakes need to be refrigerated if not being consumed immediately - do not leave out for more than 2 hours.
  • Consume within 4 days upon receiving
  • If you are unable to finish your cheesecake within 4 days, you may freeze then dethaw in the fridge when ready to consume.
